A winning brand direction for a health startup. 
Client: Studio Rodrigo
Time: 2 weeks












I was given the task to create and pitch my own brand direction for Studio Rodrigo’s client.

Sika Health is helping reinvent the way people shop for health care, and is black-owned, women-led, mission-driven team to create a more vibrant and engaging brand and overhaul their B2B2C payments user experience.

During my time interning at Studio Rodrigo, I was put on the Sika Health team I worked alongside Nate Baltikas and Landry Miller of Brooklyn-based design studio, ColdCuts.

To my surprise, the client loved my direction and choose it to move forward with!

Coldcuts did a fantastic job of working with client feedback and went on to create this a identity!

This was my first opportunity presenting my brand direction to a real client. It was scary to do! But I learnt a lot about the different work flows and client responsibilities designers must take on. I learnt lessons on quick iteration, trusting your intuition, and good communication.
